We are constantly working on enhancement and implementation of the new features in myForex Platform. We'd like to turn your attention to new windows that are now available from the Window menu:
- Report window: Available in Dealing and Trader Desktop applications, it eliminates the need to open a new browser to view the Account Statement report and provides traders with an integrated solution. Please note that the versatile browser based reporting of the myForex Platform remains available. In the Dealing application it allows to view and print account statement reports for all accounts including traders and clearing account(s) using various presets and custom dates and times. In the Trader application it will show an Account Statement report using various presets and custom dates and times. A New report window can also be accessed by right clicking on the account record in the account window. As with previous reports implementation report windows contain static snapshots and do NOT update in real time, to refresh a snapshot the user needs to click on the submit button again.
- Traders Online window: Only available in the Dealing application! It shows the traders that are currently online and the time when they logged in. The Window is updated in real-time and eliminates the need to run a static report to obtain this information.
